2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and access data are processed, in particular IP address, access time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and status/transfer data. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect attacks or technical errors.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically error-free provision of the website. Where Hetzner processes data on our behalf, this is based on a data processing agreement.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email, telephone or post, we process the information you provide to handle your request and communicate with you. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business enquiries). Statutory retention obligations are based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Cookies, local storage and tracking

The public website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no comparable tracking technologies. No external webfonts are loaded. A consent banner is therefore not required for the configuration provided here. If consent-requiring technologies are added in the future, they will only be activated after consent and this notice will be updated accordingly.

5. External links

The website contains links to external services, in particular the aeply hub and other external websites. Data are transferred to the respective provider only when you follow such a link. The provider is responsible for data processing on the linked website.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or required by law. Server log data are processed according to the technically and security-related retention periods of the hosting service. Communication data are deleted once the matter is completed unless statutory retention or evidentiary obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

8. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Licennium, the competent authority is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

9. Security and updates

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This notice will be updated if the website, the services used or legal requirements change.
