We process this data in order to communicate with you, to support you with your request or to send you newsletters.
The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1a) DSGVO or purposes of contract performance pursuant to Article 6(1b) DSGVO.
Irrespective of this, you have the following rights as a data subject (Chapter 3 of the GDPR, "Data subject rights"):
The right to information: You can request information about which of your personal data we store.
The right to rectification: If you believe that we are storing personal data about you that is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected.
The right to erasure and restriction of processing: under certain conditions, you may request that we erase your personal data or restrict processing.

Our web server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. When visiting websites, data must be collected for technical reasons, which the web browser transmits to the web server. These are usually:
- the name of the requested file as well as the time and status of the request and the amount of data transferred
- the page from which the file was requested
- the operating system of the computer and the name and version of the browser used
- the anonymized IP address of the requesting computer.
We do not use any tracking technologies or cookies.
Most pages of licennium.de do completely without cookies.
Only the contact form uses a functional session cookie for your convenience. This cookie is used for the following reason: When you submit the contact form, your entered data is temporarily stored on our servers, for example to be able to display the data again in the form in case of an incorrect entry. Only through the session cookie can you be identified as the author of the data and access it again.
The session cookie is deleted after successful submission of the form or after 60 minutes. Alternatively, you can delete the session cookie immediately via this link.
