Personal data
We only process personal data if you contact us by letter, fax, email, telephone, or web form, or if you have subscribed to our newsletter. We process this data in order to communicate with you, assist you with your request, or send you newsletters. The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or the purposes of contract fulfillment in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Regardless of this, as a data subject, you have the following rights (Chapter 3 of the GDPR, “Rights of the data subject”): The right to information: You can request information about which personal data we store about you. The right to rectification: If you believe that we store personal data about you that is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected. The right to erasure and restriction of processing: Under certain conditions, you can request that we erase your personal data or restrict its processing. The right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your data for reasons arising from your particular situation, and we will cease processing unless other legal provisions require us to process the data. The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer personal data that you have provided to us to another controller, or that we provide you with this data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Anonymized data
Our web server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. When visiting websites, data must be collected for technical reasons, which the web browser transmits to the web server. This usually includes:
the name of the requested file, the time and status of the request, and the amount of data transferred
the page from which the file was requested
the operating system of the computer and the name and version of the browser used
the anonymized IP address of the requesting computer
This data is encrypted during transport using TSL. IP addresses are stored exclusively in anonymized form, so that it is no longer possible to establish a connection to an individual user.
